We at our institute are building an ideal family, the RKGIT Pariwar
where members strive for the development and promotion of each other.
Over the past seven years, RKGIT has grown impressively in both size
and reputation and has made a special place for itself in the
self-financing institutes of the UP Technical University. The institute
has crossed many milestones on the onward march of development in
imparting quality education so as that the students may excel in all
the fields.
Our college students excelled in the University exams and had played a
major role in taking our college to greater heights. Through the
college magazine I would like to congratulate all the people of the
RKGIT Pariwar who had put in loads of effort for the development of
our college. I would also like to thank everyone for maintaining and
upkeeping our college integrity and wish to keep up the good work.

” DIRECTOR’S DESK ”

It gives me immense pleasure to me that RKGIT pariwar is going to bring out its
Annual Magazine �Udgaar�. The main objective of this magazine is to generate a stockpile
of highly creative professionals, who can contribute not only in the Human Resource
Development but also in the Nation Building Exercise. This magazine facilitates a
platform to groom students as an effective personality for their future .

In the course of �Udgaar�, we intend to build up the social values among the
students and enhance the quality of life through excellence and leadership in
professionally relevant education as well as personal growth oriented creations. This
Magazine is an academic medium which is outward looking and committed to innovation of
students and their life long learning.

It bestows us great pleasure to share that we are organizing second convocation
on 15th march, 2008 . Our students, passed out in the year 2008, are taking up the
accountable positions and coming ahead as a potential competitor, trained technical and
professional manpower to the Industrial Market.

I wish all the best to our students for their success in various precincts and
paring their expertise for themselves.

Within a short span of seven years, our college has shaped into a full
grown, matured and responsible institution. With the co-operation of
the management, staff and students, our college is progressing day by
day. Looking back at the events that has being organized in our college
in the past year, I feel immense pleasure in saying that we have
dynamic young professionals who are ready to face the challenges of
the industry and society. I also would appreciate the efforts made by
the students in making Jagriti and Skyfest a huge success and the good
work done at the NSS Camps. We aim at not only educating the masses but
also creating a healthy society.
