higher Ever further must I gaze.�

The pursuit of excellence means to do our best and to utilize our capabilities to the maximum. There exists
in every person certain qualities, but to put them to use at the right opportunity is the decision depending on the
person�s wisdom.

�Energy is an eternal delight,� said Blake. He who desires, but acts not breeds pestilence.
Striving to be at the top of tree of perseverance is the sign of being fully devote. High creativity should
exist showing itself in whatever field the person has chosen.

Excellence doesn�t descend upon us like a boon from heaven; it is rather achieved through laborious and
strenuous effort. One recalls the famous lines of H W Longfellow, �The heights by great men breached and kept were
not attained by a sudden flight, but they while their companions slept were toiling upwards in the night�.

One needs not to be a genius to attain excellence in any sphere. The recipe is ordinary means, but
extraordinary application and the fourth degree of concentration. Undoubtly,, as it is that men of the highest
genius, are amongst the plodding and working intent men, their chief trait being simply their power of working
intensely, efficiently and persistently than others as the saying goes,� presence of mind and labor in patience
are the to achieve excellence�.

The mere dreams are not sufficient, far more important to materialize them.

In the end, I would like to advise the younger generation in the new millennium to welcome every
opportunity available t o develop and use talents for rich flowerings.
